Complaints handling policyĭevelop a complaints handling policy. Managing customer complaints and resolving them quickly will result in improved business processes and repeat business. Dealing with it in a positive and constructive manner will help to keep your customers. I bet after a whole of shit slinging one of two things are gonna happen, we all know this is the result of osbuddy being threatened now that runelite is taking over, I'm willing to bet there will be an integration of osbuddy with the official client, or osbuddy will "comply" without a word fighting back and their team will end up working at jagex. At some stage your business is likely to receive a customer complaint. There's something nefarious happening here, and I'm willing to bet that jagex will say "oh well they're new and the easiest to shut down that's why we went after them first" Osbuddy has been straight up charging users to get special features within the game for years, and jagex hasn't done shit, konduit offers a lot of these features for free as well just less polished, now suddenly jagex has an issue with runelite? Bullshit. they honestly can't do shit about it, jagex could shut down any client they like without reason because jagex is a private company, they hold no contracts with any third party clients and there's no established agreements, so jagex could play favorites all day long if they want which I'm sure they will This is incredibly sad to be honest, and the reality is.
